Do I pay more when my team grows?+
Solo is free for one team member. For a larger team, choose Salon (€12.95 per month), with unlimited team members and no extra charge per member.
What amount does the salon receive?+
With iDEAL and Wero, the salon receives the full treatment price or deposit. With Klarna, its transaction charge of 2.99% + €0.45 is charged to the salon. Belle Moun does not charge commission on the treatment.
What does the client’s €0.95 pay for?+
The service fee pays for the separate online-booking service, including payment processing, client messages and continued Belle Moun development. It is shown separately before checkout.
Are iDEAL and Wero free for the salon?+
Yes. Belle Moun does not charge the salon transaction fees for iDEAL or Wero. Both payment methods are available.
Why does Klarna cost extra?+
Klarna is an optional pay-later method with higher processing costs. The salon pays 2.99% + €0.45 per Klarna transaction. The client still pays only Belle Moun's fixed €0.95 service fee.
Does the €0.95 apply when I add an appointment myself?+
No. The service fee only applies after a client successfully books online through Belle Moun.
Is a POS system or payment terminal included?+
Online payments and in-salon POS checkout are available in Belle Moun. Ask us about supported hardware and any costs; a free payment terminal is not included.
