Belle Moun
Terms and conditions
These terms apply to business access requests and agreements with Belle Moun. Different arrangements must be agreed in writing.
Version: 19 October 2026.
1. Scope and business users
These terms apply to businesses and independent professionals requesting or using Belle Moun. Submitting the request form does not create a contract or require either party to proceed.
2. Offer and contract
A contract starts only when Belle Moun accepts your request in writing and confirms the service, start date and any additional arrangements. The confirmation and these terms form the contract and can be saved or downloaded.
3. The service
Belle Moun provides software for online booking, scheduling, clients, teams, payments, messages and insights. Feature availability may vary during the pilot and is confirmed before you start. Website creation, hosting and maintenance are included only when separately agreed in writing.
4. Account and acceptable use
You provide accurate business information, protect credentials, assign appropriate access rights and promptly report misuse or security incidents. You use Belle Moun lawfully and do not upload unnecessary special-category data or harmful content.
5. Your clients and policies
You remain responsible for your services, prices, availability, cancellation rules, consumer information and lawful use of client data. Belle Moun is not party to the treatment contract between you and your client, except for the separately described online-booking service and payment handling.
6. Fees and payments
Solo is free for one team member. Salon costs €12.95 per month. Contact sales for Salon Pro; its AI features are in development and availability and terms are confirmed separately. Salon includes unlimited team members and a professional website. All plans have 0% commission on the treatment price. After every successful online booking, including one paid with Klarna, the client pays a separately displayed €0.95 Belle Moun service fee. Manually added appointments do not carry this fee. Belle Moun does not charge the salon transaction fees for iDEAL or Wero. A salon that activates the optional Klarna payment method pays 2.99% + €0.45 per Klarna transaction. For Mastercard and Visa, the salon pays 1.80% + €0.25 for EEA consumer cards, 2.90% + €0.25 for EEA commercial cards or 3.25% + €0.25 for non-EEA cards. American Express costs the salon 2.90% + €0.25. Clients also pay the separate €0.95 service fee when paying by card. Treatment amounts, deposits, refunds and payouts follow checkout disclosures, your published cancellation policy and payment-provider terms.
7. Cancellation and the €0.95 fee
The fee pays for the separate online-booking service and is normally non-refundable after successful booking creation, including client or business cancellation. Statutory requirements, duplicate charges and errors by Belle Moun or the payment provider remain exceptions. Treatment prices and deposits follow the terms accepted at booking.
8. Availability, maintenance and support
We maintain the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security needs or external suppliers may temporarily affect it. Support channels and any response times are stated in your confirmation; no specific response-time commitment applies unless agreed.
9. Intellectual property
Belle Moun and its software, design and documentation remain owned by Belle Moun or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use them during the contract. You retain rights to your brand, content and business data.
10. Privacy, data and export
Both parties comply with the GDPR. A data processing agreement applies where Belle Moun is processor. You remain the owner of your business data and may request available exports. Data is deleted or anonymised after termination subject to the contract, privacy law and statutory retention.
11. Duration, changes and leaving
Duration and termination are stated in your confirmation. We provide advance notice of materially adverse changes and an appropriate opportunity to leave before they take effect. You can request an available export before termination. Provisions that naturally survive continue to apply.
12. Liability and force majeure
Each party is responsible for direct loss demonstrably caused by an attributable breach, within mandatory law and the written agreement. No limitation applies where prohibited by law, including intent or deliberate recklessness. A party is not liable for force majeure while it reasonably mitigates the effects.
13. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. We first try to resolve complaints together. Unresolved business disputes go to the competent Dutch court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Contact
Questions can be sent to [email protected]. The public business address and VAT number still need to be added to this page.
