Belle Moun
Privacy policy
This policy explains in plain language which personal data Belle Moun processes and the choices and rights available to you.
Last updated: 19 October 2026.
Who is responsible?
Belle Moun is the controller for information collected through this website and access-request form. When a business later processes client data in Belle Moun, that business will generally be the controller and Belle Moun will act under a data processing agreement.
What data do we process?
For an access request we process your name, business type, email address, phone number and open question. For security we may process limited technical information such as time, IP address, browser details and errors. Only with consent, PostHog EU measures visits to marketing pages and use of primary buttons. We do not send form contents to PostHog or use session recordings.
- Contact and business details you provide
- Correspondence about your request and setup
- Necessary technical and security information
- Consent-based pseudonymous page and conversion events
- Contract, payment and usage data if you become a customer
Why and on what legal basis?
We use your request to reply and take steps towards a possible contract at your request. We process security information for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Contract and financial records are processed to provide the service and meet legal duties. We do not use your request for unsolicited marketing without a valid legal basis.
Retention
An enquiry that does not lead to a working relationship is normally retained for no more than six months after the last substantive contact. Security information is kept only as long as needed and normally no more than 90 days. Customer records follow contractual and statutory retention periods.
Who receives data?
We do not sell personal data. We only share what is necessary with selected hosting, email-delivery and security providers and—with consent—PostHog EU for product analytics, or where law requires it. Appropriate processor agreements and international-transfer safeguards apply.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Email [email protected]. We may request reasonable identity verification and respond within the statutory period. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Automated decisions and security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the access form against automated abuse. Your browser connects to Cloudflare for this security check. The access form does not make solely automated decisions with legal effects. We use technical and organisational safeguards, although no internet service can promise absolute security.
Changes and contact
We update the date here after a material change and notify people where required. Send privacy questions or requests to [email protected].
