Salon includes professional website design and build. We agree scope, domain, hosting, ownership and maintenance beforehand. You can also keep your existing website and use our booking widget.
What does Belle Moun include for my salon?+
All plans include online booking, appointments and customer management, with 0% commission. Solo is for one team member. Salon includes unlimited team members and a professional website.
How much does Belle Moun cost per month?+
Solo is free for one team member. Salon costs €12.95 per month. Salon includes unlimited team members and a professional website. Your client pays a €0.95 service fee after every online booking. iDEAL and Wero cost the salon nothing; optional Klarna payments cost the salon 2.99% + €0.45 per transaction.
Can a client reschedule or cancel an appointment?+
Your client can reschedule or cancel online within the rules set by your business.
Can I request a deposit or full payment?+
Yes. For each service, you choose a fixed deposit, a percentage or the full treatment price upfront.
Can I import existing clients and appointments?+
We help pilot businesses make the switch. What can be imported depends on the export from your current system. We review it with you before setup and will not promise a migration we cannot complete safely.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Belle Moun is designed to provide usable customer and financial exports. We confirm which export formats are available when you start.
When are online payments paid out?+
The treatment price or deposit is processed according to the appointment's payment and cancellation status. The exact payout day depends on the payment provider and your payout settings; Belle Moun shows the current status.
What happens to the €0.95 fee after cancellation?+
The €0.95 pays for the separate online-booking service and is normally non-refundable once a booking succeeds. Statutory corrections, duplicate charges and errors by Belle Moun or the payment provider remain exceptions.
Does a manually booked appointment have a service fee?+
No. The €0.95 only applies when a client books online through Belle Moun. We do not charge a Belle Moun service fee when you add an appointment to the calendar yourself.
What support do I receive?+
We help with setup, the booking widget and questions during the pilot. We agree contact options and any response times when you start, so the support arrangement is clear.
Can I keep my existing website and domain?+
Yes. We can add the booking widget to your existing website. A new professional website is included with Salon. We agree domain, hosting, ownership and maintenance beforehand.
Can I leave later without losing my data?+
Yes. You remain the owner of your business data and can request an available export before ending the service. Statutory financial retention and personal-data deletion rules still apply.
