Accessibility statement

We want everyone to use Belle Moun independently, regardless of disability, assistive technology, or input method.

Our standard

Our engineering target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. For services covered by the European Accessibility Act, we also retain evidence mapped to applicable Dutch EAA obligations and EN 301 549.

What this statement covers

The standard applies to the marketing site, booking widget, checkout, authentication, salon and administration dashboards, and user-facing email and documents.

Current status

Belle Moun is still in development and does not yet claim full conformance. New surfaces receive automated axe tests, keyboard tests, and manual screen-reader testing before a P0 journey is ready for the pilot. Known limitations will be listed below or in a linked public change notice.

There are currently no approved temporary exceptions for public pilot interfaces.

Remediation and exceptions

A new serious or critical regression blocks release and cannot receive a temporary exception. A critical production issue has a permanent remediation target of no more than 5 business days; a serious issue no more than 20 business days. Lower-impact temporary exceptions require an owner, expiry date, rationale, alternative, and linked remediation action.
